Louie is a CPA with 32 years of significant exposures in the areas of finance and accounting, business process outsourcing, cooperative management, human resources operations and ERP system implementation. He has worked in different capacities to several companies. Among the critical roles he has occupied are the following: General Manager of a multipurpose cooperative where he effectively managed the Finance and Accounting Department for more than 20 years and expanded the business to become a multipurpose Coop; Director – Payroll and Accounting of a BPO company where he managed multiple clients including multinational companies; HR Manager in a multinational pharmaceutical company where he handled Personnel Administration, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations. He also served as Senior Accountant in the same company where he covered Accounts Payable, Importations Costing, Fixed Assets Management and Manufacturing Cost Accounting. IT Group Manager of one of the biggest consumer companies in the Philippines where he handled SAP ERP implementations in a manufacturing environment in two vital divisions of the company; His dream is to bring to the level of medium-sized businesses and cooperatives the benefits of a good ERP system and through it help them grow their business.
